Terms & Conditions
1. Guaranteed advertising period: 4 weeks, remaining weeks will be based on filler basis.
2. The guaranteed ad period excludes stations classified under the Super Premium category.
3. Media space booking is on a first-come-first-serve basis, subject to availability.
4. The Package is valid until 30 June 2026.
5. The Package costs exclude Production Costs and are stated in Singapore Dollars and are subjected to prevailing Goods & Service Tax (9%).
6. All creatives, key visuals and visuals are to be supplied by client. Adaptation and/or creative design services by Stellar Ace are available, charges apply.
7. Agency commission applies only to discounted media rates.
8. Production costs are in nett and not agency commissionable.
9. Any media bookings and contracts signed prior to the launch of these packages cannot be converted.
