XCO’s WINK+ app bagged the Best eCommerce Loyalty Programme Award (Bronze) at the Asia eCommerce Awards held on 21 Nov 2019.
WINK+ has been recognised for its unique mobile loyalty programme that is designed to grow and retain existing eCommerce customers through incentives. The award reaffirms WINK+‘s best-in-class engagement strategy in driving customer engagement and loyalty, and providing campaign measurability for advertisers.
The Asia eCommerce Awards, organised by Marketing Magazine, honour the marketing works as well as reflect the breadth and creativity of the industry. It also showcase the best industry players from brands and eRetailers to agencies and enablers in South Asia, Southeast Asia and ANZ regions.
The award categories covered the full spectrum of the ecommerce projects. All entries were evaluated and judged by a panel of experienced marketers and industry experts.
XCO’s WINK+ app is free, and can be downloaded from the Apple App store or Google Play. Commuters and motorists can earn points and convert them into rewards to shop and dine at participating WINK+ retailers and merchants when they drive, ride and scan WINK+ QR codes found in the SMRT transport network.
